For T'Challa, there's a lot they can do especially with the Multiverse now being incorporated. This also tells me they've decided on how to continue the story which would also mean the Disney big wigs gave the greenlight. Plus knowing how important Black Panther is and the significance of its love from the Black community they won't drop the ball.

The problem with recasting T'Challa is trying to fill those shoes which no one will ever be able to do, at least for now.

Chadwick himself said he wasn’t and didn’t want to be bigger than one role. He knew he was dying and his wishes were to recast in his untimely demise. Even his own family says they should recast. It’s what’s best for business. And as far as Letitia goes that ship has sailed. Disney lawyers would crush her if she tried if anything like Scarlett they’d settle.

No I’m talking about his want for not being tied or linked to one role.
 
No recasting is a dumb point, we done had 3 different spidermans, 6 different Batmans, 4 Supermans lol.

It's about the titular character, not the actor. In the 50+ years of the character, T'Challa wasnt the main black panther less than a year.

Thats why those people are upset. They aint never made a "Batman" centric movie without Bruce Wayne.

We've had 1 MCU spiderman. I'm not saying that they can never recast characters in the MCU, but ya'll got to stop acting like what they are doing with the MCU is the same as what they've done with all these other random franchises.

Also my dude, it could lead to a human rights violation to fire someone due to a medical condition/reason. If Disney was dumb enough to fire her over covid they wouldn't win that battle. Only way they could get rid of her is if she chooses to quit which she wont for what Disney is paying her. And Scarlett Johansson got paid btw.

We shall see. I just don’t see this movie being as much a success in her hands. Not that strong an actor, but we shall see. And it isn’t a medical reason that she doesn’t want the shot, it’s her own beliefs and more power to her but her beliefs is damaging the franchise imo.

I still stand by my original thought. They'll prolly recast AFTER the 2nd film where they pay tribute to Boseman and possibly reintroduce a variant Tchalla in a later installment which would probably be in another 4-5 years after part 2 is released.

Why would they wait 4-5 years for a variant when the multiverse angle is going on right now. The time is now.
