Disney+ Marvel's Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Iron Man came out in 2008.

They replaced Terrance Howard with Don Cheadle in 2010.. but they had significantly less characters back then and that sequel came out alot sooner than some of these other joints later down the line.

Hulk came out in 2008.. they replaced Norton with Ruffalo in 2012.

4-5 years isnt outside the realm of possibility

But the variant/multiverse angle is just getting introduced and they’ve already gone on record saying they aren’t doing a long drawn out saga like the infinity saga right now

If rumors are true and they are using Namor as the villain and they keep Letitia she’s bout to get her ass handed to her and anything less then they’ll have nerfed the shit out of Namor.

Both changes occurred prior to the MCU being what it is now. The same people weren't even in charge back then. Further, War Machine was little more than a glorified cameo in the first movie and that Hulk movie was poorly received and many people didn't actually even realize it was an official part of the MCU.

The MCU is no more than 10 years and 20 movies deep, and they have storylines and movies planned lout like two years in advance. Again, I'm not saying they can't recast, but the comparisons ya'll are making to justify recasting at this point aren't good ones.
