In the comics she got her powers from Mar-Vell when thier DNA fused. She has energy manipulation, can travel at light speed, survive in space along with super human ability.
Even with the heart shaped herb, Shuri is FAR less powerful than these two and would get WRECKED by Thanos, Doom or Namor
