Thank you. In this thread, it was no crazy theories or expectations. Niggas kinda just let this drop. Everybody was hyped with the trailer and in the end this shit ended up being another mid pack special. Niggas gotta stop stanning.

The movie was just ok imo. I never had crazy expectations for this. But it’s clear it’s time to change up the formula.

He says it won’t be a palate cleanser like the past 2 (they didn’t have much effect on the greater MCU)

But said it would be more in the directions of something you would see in a avengers movie

Kang is a much more significant villain than the past 2 ant man movies

Also taking what directors say about a movie is like hearing somebody who listened to an album and them saying it’s a classic

The biggest and baddest Kang, the conqueror, that the all other Kangs was scared of, got beaten by Ant-Man. How is he a big bad? That nigga was cappin.

So what it’s a million other Kangs, it’s a million other super heroes.
 
When you talk about a movie for 16 months and post rumors on every casting then see posts about comic book characters’ powers etc it’s easy to create lofty expectations for yourself

But that didn’t happen here. This thread is only 32 pages and that’s after the movie being out 3 weeks. Niggas just let this shit drop. Everybody wanted this movie to be good. It wasn’t. It was same ole same ole. It didn’t do or established shit. And y’all know that.
