Man, I was thinking this would never fly today but it would be perfect for today with the amount of things shows can get away with these days.

It was sooooo raw and unfiltered

It was the overall funniest. It was the best at implementing sketch comedy style (the 100 characters martin played) into sitcom form , while still being realistic for the most part. It was more relatable than a Fresh Prince for ex, most niggas aint moving to bel-air. The list goes on.

Fresh prince was still technically a "kid show" , where as Martin was more mature. Both shows brought the hip hop culture into family tv tho.
