Shouldn't. Quality over quantity. Plus, humans are devouring the ecosystem with their expansive population.
They can but the more kids a couple has and depending on the ages of both the kids and parents it's inevitable that certain things will be harder to do. And that's with 2 fully attentive parents 1 person dealing with multiple kids ain't exactly ideal.

Well, we have one way that existed for thousands of years which worked to the benefit because of social pressures from environmental factors. While, new things evolve over time and replace older ways of living. 600 years ago being an Atheist would be a huge no no and cause you to be well killed. While in some areas in the world you are definitely protected and it's not look down upon while in some you can be killed or ostracized. But the question does it conflict with society as a whole? If not giving ten percent of your earnings to the church it could cause you not being eulogized there and maybe not get the burial next to your parents, grandparents or whoever. But in the long run of society it really has no bearing as long one follows laws and doesn't cause ill intent of conflict whether passive aggressive or aggressive.
In life things change for the better or worse and it's all about adaptability humans need order and will always work towards that goal no matter what.

That's all well and good, but there's a system of doing things that worked well for thousands of years...........and a new ideology that hasn't been proven yet.
Despite the negative feelings so many people have about religion, there has been a noticeable decline in society as more and more people have moved away from any form of spirituality.
So, if what's going on today is any indication of this, then it seems like this new way of thinking begats nothing but chaos.

The actuality of that is not true whatsoever. You have places that are far safer in secular places and less crime while America is strongly religious. It's organization that's the key part. It kept through fear not actual growth of human consciousness. We are to push for innovations and evolution of species, not keep it at a standstill. What happens to water when it stands still all day without movement it becomes undrinkable with bacteria in it that is harmful to living organisms.
