@Sion, your criticisms of the songs negate the fact that Lupe just came out and said the project is a double disc and that certain songs start/end each disc. You rated the album as a whole instead of two discs Drogas and Wave respectively.
You may need to go back and read Lupe's tweets that explain that because it gives more context about the concept. Waves being about the "longchains" and Drogas being about drugs, people's addiction and reliance on them.

As a matter of fact, let me add a thing or two. I really think Sion did a fantastic job with this review but some parts read exactly like other publications and I think this site's review should be distinct. Lupe is responding to most of the reviews, I say we swing for the fences and send him a link and let him read ABW's.

@Sion you do know Lupe had F&L2 also, right? Which went all in on the black power theme and preceded the aforementioned artists' projects. Keep it funky, fammo. You did a pretty good job with the review, (I don't agree with some of it), but being a good music reviewer entails that you're somewhat familiar with the artist's body of work.
