People in New Jersey are more likely to have a car and drive into the city. A poor person in Staten Island that doesn't have a car is kinda stranded in the middle of no man's land.

It’s all good. To me that crazy too that Philly blew up before Jersey. Not a hundred percent sure but you could look at it as they were a bigger city than Newark. They had their own radio stations where as we would have to go to New York to get played.
