What r your thoughts on using an offer of friendship to blow someone off?

If your not interested tell them that. If you genuinely feel you and that person could have a solid, meaningful friendship...then yeah
extend that branch...but more often than not thats not the case...

so...tell em your not interested and keep it moving.
