Who is ‘them’? Who you gonna sue? And what do you think is gonna happen if
you win?

If the Multistate Lottery Niggas, or whatever they’re called, already defaulted on the payments, what are you accomplishing by suing them?

For that very reason, I always felt like I’d take the lump sum, if it’s a huge amount like that. Trusting the entity to be liquid enough to pay them payments doesn’t sit right with me.
