Im glad you keeping the same energy my friend. But him, Twista, and Black Thought are all VETS. Everyone can't get the gold.

Nothing really legendary about there careers solo, but have very high skill and have longevity. Really solid vet in this hip hop shit.

But why do we discount the shit they do outside of HipHop?

Some of these dudes have pushed the culture forward and into new homes everyday. Why isn't that looked at?

What's more legendary than bringing new ppl into our world?

Only good Common album is Be the rest of his catalogue can go. Heā€™s a borderline vet close to neither. Only reason he has any relevance is because of his movie/TV career.

I just named a couple.

I used to love her alone is a song that's been copied, flipped, etc many times. A lot of classic hiphop songs wouldn't exist without IUTLH. Shit Jay just flipped it again a week ago on The Carters.

One of the best diss songs of alltime.

He basically put Chicago on the map and played an instrumental part in Ye's rise.


Common's easily a legend.
