Kids going to school year round - Yay or nay?

Bruh, you do.

You in school at least 7hrs a day M-F, you expected to be there on time and do your work. You take a lunch break like a 9 to 5. the only difference is there's no check at the end of the week or 2 weeks.

And that's not including any extra curricular activities.

i still fail to see the point you are trying to make

in this universe, the way you know school is completely different

breaks are more often so that it helps to keep the kids fresh and not have them getting bored. Again, no one is saying confine them to a room with no windows or anything like that

When I was in school, they proposed a year round schedule where they would split up the summer break into segments given to the kids after each quarter. They didn't go through with it, but I honestly feel like that's a better way to go.

The way my daughter school does it kind of year around with some breaks and in July it’s like half days
