He's a straight black man in hollywood. There is no redemption arc. He will be perceived as guilty for the rest of his life. Doesn't matter if he changed his life around.

Too simplistic a way of thinking, he’ll be deemed guilty for the rest of his life by people that have that opinion.

A lot of people have an opinion that Kobe raped a woman. Believed it for the rest of his life. Kobe had a redemption arc. Tyson had a redemption arc. Tiger had a redemption arc. Magic had a redemption arc.

True talent and ability can’t be stifled. It finds a way, at the same time. Just because all people don’t absolutely think a black man is an angel, doesn’t mean he doesn’t accomplish redemption.

Thats actually a narrative you have been programmed to believe. Have all people forgiven Charlie Sheen? Have all people forgiven Robert Downey Jr.? Have all people forgiven Clint Eastwood? Have all people forgiven Charston Heston?

Did they have a redemption arc?

He was the dude from planet of the apes and the 10 commandments and other films. Was a left leaning dude who became very right wing as he aged, big on the NRA. Round the time the first big school shootings started happening, a liberal director did an interview with him that made he come off on some Jordan type..fuck dem kids type shit. Did not go well for him.

Once loved in Hollywood, became the figure head for what liberals hate, after he died..the arc happened it came out that he had been railroaded in a way to seem worse than he was…type shit
