I can call it at the middle at a minimum and in fact was probably leaning more on his side up until trial commenced.

As I've said before the DA railroaded him on this and made it a bigger matter than it should be by taking misdemeanor charges like this all the way to court. Him being a man definitely contributed, him being a black man probably contributed and his celebrity status seemingly was too good to turn down.

Nevertheless he was on trial not Jabbari. So if your issue is with the jury, state that. If it's with the DA office then that's understandable....but you keep ranting on about the girl.

The charges he was found guilty of were:

Harassment in the second degree

A person is guilty of harassment in the second degree when, with
intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person:

1. He or she strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects such other
person to physical contact, or attempts or threatens to do the same; or

the harassment is what occurred when he first lifted her then tried to push or mush her in the car which she clearly didn't want to be in, hence she jumped out and crossed the road with him.

He was also found guilty of third degree reckless assault:

if you act recklessly and cause physical injury i.e. "substantial pain" to another person then you have violated this criminal code.

In this context, "physical injury" refers to substantial pain or the impairment of any physical condition.

The finger was evidence of the "substantial pain". I believe in her testimony, she mentioned that he twisted her hand/arm behind her back and weighed on top of her when she initially took the phone away in the car.

And that’s a problem why?

Can you keep it a buck for once in your life and admit that white people or a majority of people don’t like loud and outspoken black men?

Why are you and others afraid of bucking the system or helping attack those that do?

Like Ye’ for instance. He does nothing to change my life , so why should I be mad at his rants? Should I want him under control? Like a pet?
So should the black man shut up?

It's not a problem it's just not being humble. And you can't be mad if somebody hears your bragging about being humble as actually being self absorbed or arrogant.

Ain't nobody mad at Ye. You just want this blind support and solidarity for people who do and say things that other folks simply don't agree with on either a moral and or often legal pov. So you're asking people to disregard their morals and their sense of right to take on yours and trying to hide it under the guise of "speaking out for Black men". And you fail because your rarely pick examples of people who are actually bucking the system in a way that benefits others but instead you ride for those who have either committed or are accused of some pretty egregious shit.

I mean your Kanye example. This is a man actively courting and embracing people who openly disdain Black people. Specifically Black men. What is there to defend and prop up for that? Listen to Ye whine about rants because he can't get into the fashion industry the way he wants? How does embracing a Black man walking around in a KKK hoodie help out other Black men?

You have said for years you detest the "let them cook" shit about just letting people be but your entire stance here is to just let people be even when they're wrong as hell. You don't even know where you actually stand

My let em cook stance came from lack of professionalism when building up. I also said once you reach a point if people want to act up, they earned the right because of the shit they may have to have dealt with to get there. Play the game then say say fuck their game then build you own game. Am I lion? If you use that, use the whole thing.

Who Kanye supports is his own cross to bear. His why’s dont have to match mine. He can support trump and if I don’t that doesn’t mean shit. but to ok with his demise cuz he didn’t align with certain ideologies is crazy. Who did he kill? Oh wait, he spoke about Jews. Not even in a bad way but him losing his position is one thing. But black people celebrating that is sickening. Yes niggas do shit for attention and people are entitled to either ignore and/or call those efforts what they are which is stupid. Kanye is the reason he is shown in a bad light because ain’t nobody speaking or acting for him but him.
