The London incident related to the texts of him persuading her not to go to the hospital is my understanding.

The key thing to me in all that was that this occurred in September 2022.
The incident he was on trial for was a March 24/25 2023 incident. You mean to tell me that he didn't think at least in the 6 months prior (September 2022 to March 2023), that this was a toxic relationship to get out of? Apparently there were other incidents alleged too but probably weren't admissible into evidence, hence we don't know the details.

In His 911 call, he called Jabbari his "ex-partner" yet he was with her throughout all that time, sharing the same penthouse apartment. They even went to dinner together that night hence the car ride. So he basically decided to consider her as an Ex the night/next day of the incident, but didn't see any writing on the wall or red flags of the toxicity of the relationship prior?
