Aight then lol If ice is water and ice gets wet, then water is wet.

I thought about this, and decided on no.

Water is H2O when it's a solid, liquid, or gas.

But it technically only has the ability to make something "wet" in a liquid state. But all being wet is means is to be saturated with another substance that changes its normal state of being.
