Is the Carter 3 a Classic

Phone home was the only wack song on that project

But it felt like 2 different albums

The back half is a lot slower in tempo and Wayne is actually rapping

But Comfortable, Tie my hands, shoot me down are great songs
 
Carter 2 for me will always be Wayne best album & at this point I’d say it’s a classic. 3 is good but even back then it felt like the aim to appeal to the masses killed the quality. The album’s success don’t make it a classic no matter how fondly people look back at it.
 
Without using google the only 2 songs I remember without using google is Lollipop and A milli. Should not be a classic.
 
I don't like Cube's 1st 2 albums, but I know the general public considers them classics.

I'm not the biggest fan of C3, but the general public will consider it a classic off impact alone.

C3 came out during a weird time in rap. I bet if cool and dre thought it was gonna be a classic, they would've made a better beat vs what we got for phone home.

Hell, you know how I hate Swizz but even he got busy with Dr Carter.
