Any act that can generate income can be described as work.
That doesn't mean that all work is equally respectable, valuable, or sustainable.
Work that exploits people financially, physically, and emotionally to the point of incarcerations death should not be celebrated. Those that celebrate that type of work are ignorant or unaffected by the consequences.
Sex work should be decriminalized because too many people are forced and coerced into it unwillingly for it to simply be categorized as a "employment at will" industry.
