DOS AINT DROPPING NO GEMS

a gem would be giving people the space to move how they want, affirming ppls growth in ways that doesnt “put down” everyone else and even pming people that have a business and saying “hey how can I contribute fam?”

gem droppers dont go around giving unsoliciated advice and making headass assumptions and jaw jacking 24/8

at least thats what my old head taught me.
 
I be wanting to tell some of the mfs that comment to shut up but I just sit here and shake my head.

how do you know i didnt already do those things tho.

unlike maybe what you see......i see something that cant wait for people to get themselves together because that day may not come and someone else will walk into a lane set out for that person but they allowed a meaningless distraction to stop their shine or dim their light.

you say i look down......i tell my people to look up.
depending on where you are mentally, depends on how you take it.
if i see dumb ass people living like a teen aged arab....why would i not want my people, who i know is smarter than that person to live that that too?

its all in the mentality on how someone sees things.
just seems like no matter how many times good intentions are intended.....the mentality will still see it as a diss.

You don't have to, but there are ways you can set yourself up for the future if you sacrifice shit today, even if you work a 9-5.

heres the thing...
im not gonna change how i communicate...simply because some get it and some dont.
like an old example i used......a teacher cant teach a class and not all the students learn the same way. that doesnt mean the teach needs to teach different. it means maybe those who dont understand need to ask the right types of questions if they trying to understand. now if a student explains how it came out...cool. you cant be on point all the time. and this is one of those times. some got it , some didnt. and some are reflecting from some other place that i have nothing to do with.
