You wear the clothes you work in all day. For me it's work clothes, then clothes where I'm running the streets in and then bed wear, that's not a lot a day

Depends on what type of work you do i guess. I work in IT so it is not that labor intensive . Due to traffic, takes me an hour to get to work in Virginia from maryland. Im not going home to change and come back out if im gonna have some fun in dc or va. Well, I sometimes depends on the time. But happy hours are usually right after work. There are no showers in my bulding. I do take cleaning gear, soap, tooth brush, etc when I travel to work. There are times I will at least wash my upper body if im going to a happy hour in the city.
