I must got the only copy of the game that’s not buggy like that. Maybe it depends on the console? I got it for PS4 and I haven’t seen shit randomly exploding and whole geography drops. The character models don’t look right to me that’s a given. Plus the game just don’t feel and play like they do back in the day.

Ehh my shit run smooth on PS5. I think a lot of those issues are on Nintendo switch. I haven’t played gta 3 much but vice city is still fun as hell and San Andreas is ahead of it’s time.
