Yeah, from an arrest/conviction in 2002. At the time, Florida only collected DNA samples for sexual battery, lewdness, murder, aggravated assault, burglary, carjacking, and home-invasion robbery. He was convicted of "Threat to throw, project, place, or discharge any destructive device", which is a felony, but not one that required DNA collection back then.

I like how people want to believe that the people they are up against are that smart and organized. And at the same time believe that the people they fight against are wrong, because they are stupid and organized.

How can it be both, well it has to be the dumb blacks, minorites and immigrants that can't tell how smart and organized they are.

So they have to remain vigilant and on gaurd because the "other side" is being used in nefarious ways to take away the rights and disrupt the civility of their lives.
