Do y'all fall asleep at the movies??

I fell asleep in the movies on like 3 different occasions back in 2017 thats when I knew I was washed.

I was snoring and everything.

Oh yea and in my defense the movies were trash
 
Fell asleep in 2001 a space odyssey the first time I watched it. A lot of long space shots over classical music

Whats then ame of that movie where the chick gets murdered and comes back as someone else, then goes to see her mom towards the end?

Yea, it was that one. i woke up with like 45 mins left of the movie and then started acting like i was really into it .

man they was showing akira on the big screen while my wife was pregnant.. i told her ass to stay home, but she wanted to go.....

gets there and falls asleep like 20 mins in....

now i feel like the jerk who dragged his pregnant and exhausted wife to the movies to see an anime.....

i was so pissed

this is half my problem.....we always eat first and got a sweet tooth so I get in there buying raisinets and buncha crunch and shit

I already plan on not eating next time

she keeps mentioning smoking, but I feel weird as shit going to the movies all bright eyed....havent done it since a kid

To Be Fair Akira Is Long AF.....GOAT Anime Film Doe....I Took My Wife To See "Your Name"...Didn't Do My Research And That Shit Ended Up Being A Romantic Fantasy Type Joint...Ol Gurl Was Knocked TF Out...Those Sub Titles Probably Didn't Help Either...Beautiful Animation BTW

BP was the best superhero movie i have been dragged to and i still dozed off during the battle at Wakanda. Lasted a bit too long for me.
 
First movie I fell asleep on was Naked Gun 33 1/3. It was that bad.

As I've aged, it has happened a few more times when I tried to go to a late movie.

Took my 3 younger kids to see IW and two of them fell asleep! I was livid. These aren't little kids. Both my sons. 19 & 14 at the time. Wasting my got damn money...

bring them old shitty seats back, and have the ones in the back row the only ones where the arms raise up

Also, I damn near fell asleep on Akira. I was told I couldn't watch another anime without watching it(after starting with Ninja Scroll and First of the North Star). I was told it'd be the greatest movie I'd seen. I was disappointed. Haven't watched it again since.
