Welcome To aBlackWeb

lol Martian Manhunter scenes seemed like fan service. He didn't add anything to the plot.

Forgot where I read it but he wasnt supposed to be introduced until later films. Snyder originally wanted John Stewart to show up in the end but the studio wouldnt allow it cuz they had "later plans" for Green Lantern. As a compromise the settled on putting in Martian Manhunter.

Guess it woulda been fan service either way tho lol

If she could take out Aries she shoulda had an easier time with Steppenwolf tho right?
The scale is clearly off...I got Aries over Steppenwolf 10 times outta 10

He's like a sayian... He gets stronger every battle

Saw the movie when it dropped but haven't been on all weekend.

Movie was fucking fire. Why WB would want to push him to make it more marvel like is beyond me. It's refreshing to see a superhero film unlike marvels films. Dont get me wrong, I love marvel films, but the snyderverse would have kept things interesting too. A best of both worlds type thing.

This movie actually made me appreciate Mamoa as aquaman. Ezra as flash, fisher as cyborg, and amber heard as Mera.

Notice how Mera had an accent in this movie but not in aquaman. Theres no way that aquaman was the movie James wan wanted to put out and I been saying that since the beginning. No way that the wonder woman sequel was supposed to be the way it was. It was a completely different tone from anything WW had appeared in. The DCEU was meant to be completely different than what it is today and if WB can't see that then they're stupid af.

Despite changes Zack may have made from the comics, I still would have loved to see his trilogy happen. This was one of the coolest superhero films I've seen. So in depth although some pieces of the film didn't seem super necessary but they all added to the atmosphere of the movie.

Was dope seeing manhunter. The final battle with Steppenwolf was epic. The humor that was in the film actually worked for me and didn't seem too cheesy. Darkseid was badass. This was just a dope fucking movie.

Within 30mins I was loling thinking about all the people in this thread that were convinced this would be the same movie eith some extra footage. This was entirely a different movie in tone and story. Very few scenes were familiar although it had been awhile since I seen the whedon version.

Anyone else notice how they kept pushing that Batman put the team together? Even Batman is like stick to the plan, that's why i brought yall together.

Watched it for the 4th time today....

Man....I don't think I've enjoyed slow- motion this much since inception...

It's really a love/hate thing with Snyder's style.... TBH I was always worried cuz I hate 300.... But I really dug the slow motion shots in this especially.....

Good shit
