I’d rather Anthony Starr play him. Constantine has to be someone that’s charming but easy to hate because he manipulates, is selfish and sometimes cowardly.
I think Starr can pull that off given how well he’s done with homelander kinda in that same boat. How can anyone in Hollywood not see what fan service films like Across the Spider verse and into the spider verse do for movies of this kind.
Just be true to the origin of the content. That’s what people want to see, their child hood come into live action or on a large scale.
