CTG admits to raping woman

This is the stuff that bothers me.

These people in the media never feel like they get taken down because they did something wrong.

It's about them going down because people felt like it was time to press the button to get rid of them.

Or it could be that those other guys had dozens of victims go on record against them. If CtG's victims come out of the woodwork, he'll be gone too. He doesn't have anywhere near as much influence as those other guys.

He took the Spanish Fly too. He says in that very interview that he felt like it made him just as horny as her. Again, him doing the shit without her permission was the foul. I'm not sure what you would call that, but it isn't rape because according to the story she had already consented to sex.

Unless she consented to sex with using Spanish fly then he violated her consent. She agreed to fuck him not fuck him under the influence of something she didn’t choose to ingest.

What excuse did I make? He's a creep. He violated her. That doesn't make what he did rape. He got consent before everything went down. He got affirmation after everything went down. That is not rape. Now if you have some info that proves what I'm saying wrong, let's see it. If you're just going to keep lying about what I'm saying Move on.

I'm pretty sure that's not how the law works. Spanish Fly has no properties that take away agency or would have prevented her from changing her mind if she wanted. He violated her for sure, and he should have suffered some consequences but I don't think this could be considered rape by any reasonable standard. I'm not a legal scholar though, so if ya'll got info that proves me wrong, let's see it. I have no problem admitting wrong.

Bruh if she was 15 then the act of having sex alone is a major violation and then you apply the fact he gave her sex enhancement drugs mixed online alcohol while she was underage.

Everything he did was wrong regardless of wether or not consent was given.
