No. I posted because your lack of understanding even after Tayboo broke things down for you. I'm not producing proof for a claim I never made just because you can't wrap your head around the larger concept being discussed. Now if you want to talk about what I actually said feel free to.

Yes this the part they want people to focus on because while you are focused who runs the DEI department of x company, they are going to be chipping away at the civil rights act of 1965.

You're entire foundation is that you think somebody said DEI helps out Black people more than anyone else when that hasn't been said. It's trying to be explained to you that the things DEI does cover affects more things than people associate with the titles and that painting Black people as the face of is getting the desired results. You're the one who actually made the claim so it's on you to produce things that back up your claim

That 3.8 are the directors of DEI the actual number of who's benefits for being a DEI hire really can't be distinguished. Depending who you work for you could be a DEI or me.

Lol. Nobody is denying that Black folks don't benefit the most from it. Thats what you're not getting. This is just about things outside of "hire a Black person" that DEI also covers. Thats why you keep being told that about things like the Civil Rights Act, things for disabled people and other things...all categories of things that do affect Black people on a day to day basis.

To a lot of these niggas the black category has no overlap. It’s just blacks as a whole. It’s no issues that pertain to just black men or black women, black disabled people, black lbgqt.
