I heard black folks were the last amongst hired using the DEI method 4%
With whites being at the top of the list, Hispanics were up there about 8%, but black are last from what I heard
Every time the word DEI comes about I think about it benefitting black folks the most

It’s the same thing happen w/ food stamps & Affirmative Action.. White Folks make up most of the people on food stamps but BLK folks are the face of it and as far as Affirmative Action white women were the biggest beneficiaries of it but it’s always associated with black people even though we never received the biggest benefits from it…

Im going to find the MSNBC video last year where they showed a list executives who benefited from DEI programs and i noticed it was mostly White/Asian woman on it and 1 black person executive.
It's because they are trying to dismantle any gains blacks received because of the civil rights movement. Trump literally wants to take us back to the Jim Crow era. He wants the Latinos out so one they don't become the majority. He wants Blacks to work those minimum and below minimum wages jobs the illegals do now because he thinks those are "black jobs". He wants the White women at home and pregnant so Whites don't become the minority in this country.

If i was to say I will create a job for you, have it all laid out for you, champion you for the position but when it comes to pay you, I only pay you 4% of your supposed paycheck, would you be ok with that??

Stop feeling like you need to rely on the Devil’s system in the first place, and learn to rely solely on God’s system. Men are not the source of justice, and God is control of whatever systems set in place anyways, and he will use them provide what you need as he determines without you feeling a need to bend a knee to those systems instead of Him who truly deserves it. Subject yourself to His rules and put all else beneath that then see how life pans out.
