Found this up Saturday at the local Goodwill while looking for new vinyl and DVD's. I'm not up on DC's Vertigo stuff, but I figured that if someone took the time to put this in a case to mount it to their wall, maybe it was special.

Ok so dont kill me so I have been toying around with the idea of writing my own comic. I’m not an artist at all but I have a friend. So was hoping anyone that has any knowledge to share to help me out? If anyone has dabbled in that field. I believe I have a pretty good story I started so far.

It’s about a young gorilla who his sister and himself is taken by men and are experimented on and it’s kinda of like the Tuskegee experiments done to black people but it gives him extraordinary powers

It's a super gorilla so it should definitely be vs 1000 men

I'm down for it but it sounds similar to another comic or cartoon
 
We all know somehow batman wins the "misunderstanding" or somehow comes out looking better in the standoff.
 
Still on my mostly Image comic kick. But I've also been trying to collect more Brubaker and Zdarsky stuff.

one of my coworkers got me a gift card at this little comic book shop close to where she goes for Chinese food and I was able to buy the compendium for "Sex Criminals" which has Zdarsky doing the art and Matt Fraction writing. I haven't started it yet, but the premise seems funny.

Also starting "Kill or be Killed" by Brubaker
