Most people not but don't forget about the first dude who got locked up and took that life sentence before they even really started to build their case on Willie and Sal. He was the black looking dude in their crew who had just had a baby when he got that life sentence and he still stood tall and took that time.

Funny how some give Sal the credit but if folks remember watching the doc. They said when dude was giving them the 30 bricks Sal didn't want it. It was Willie who said yes we we'll take it cause Sal didn't think they could handle that much. It was also said that it was Willie who knew a whole bunch of people and was the popular one.

So Sal may have turned out to be the business man but they never would've even gotten that far without what Willie brought to the table. Just because a person looks to be the boss and the man doesn't always mean that is case.
 
Sal should’ve gotten out of the country once acquitted… snatch up all your money and powder and get out… sheesh at the stupidity
