going for formal child support doesn't mean they couldn't work something out directly, might just be more convenient.

Child support supposed to be used for the men who are not in their childs life. I never understood why women put father's on it who take care of their kids.
 
My thing is niggas don't know they rights as a dad. Virginia can heem you up but dcs sent me 40 dollars cuz I over paid once. Once you on the work your rights are recognized.
