This hit close to home to me because I had a aunt that was young that also passed from stage IV cancer and we didn’t know she was sick either. That’s why I be stressing to black folks to get their annual check ups

Major real why we dont get check ups is, we cant fucking afford it. This why we need to be on certain peoples necks that want our votes but dont want to give us anything but hope. Our lives are literally at risk, but they dont think its an important enough issue to take serious. They think just saying, uhh "we'll talk about it later" or " I'll see if i can sorta do something" is good enough.
