The IBF have form for being strict with enforcing mandos and stripping fighters with in weeks or even days after winning a title (fury after wlad)... In principle I dont mind it as it puts a spanner in the works for sh!t rematches and gives the mando contender a chance to fight for a title but Bud is clearly the best in the division...
Then you got Jermall Charlo sitting on his WBC without defending it in over 2 years and his next fight wont even be a title defence!!! Just not continuity in boxing...
