Spring 2023 have no idea on the hold up.

I'll say this though. If the hold up is they don't want to open the books for Crawford if he isn't taking a guarantee then they need to either consent to open the books or give him a proper guarantee and keep the books closed. Can't have it both ways. Don't want to give him a high guarantee and don't want to open the books on a no guarantee deal.
