He a legend. Dude had the best run far as child rappers go. Mad number 1 singles and was in hit movies. Bow wow had a better career than 80% of your favorite rappers. Maybe the majority of his music wasn't for the demographic that is voting here...dude had a ridiculous 3-5 year run where he was on radio and major tours heavy. Give that dude his Flowers.
