So a bunch of white people writing this show, man I was going to give this a chance but now I don't know.

I've seen a few episodes and @Bradshaw73 post pretty much sums it up

I'm gonna watch to support, but its black-ish with an R rating.

I didn't mind the few episodes I saw but Anthony Anderson and the cast of blackish are a bit more enjoyable than this cast IMO. Some of the jokes in this one landed a bit flat for me but if you like blackish... you'll likely be ok with this as well.

It's about dudes family life and they sprinkle in some light historic context for things much like how blackish does in alot of their episodes.

If you're on the fence.. I'd say give it 3 episodes to see if you fuck with it or not.
