The prosecutor used the civil case testimony when he knew he couldn't, that wasn't fair to him in that trial. That was the only thing that they had to convict him. If they have any new evidence then I'm all for him spending the rest of his natural life behind bars. Let's be real now, do anybody believe Bill is living that much longer to go through another trial.
