Bill Cosby Sentenced 3-10 Years In Prison

He admitted it?

Ok, then why isn't he locked up?

He was, but he's since been exonerated.

You're being disingenuous by not telling the whole story.

He admitted to drugging the women...........with their consent.

When asked if he raped them, he denied it.

It's all in the transcripts, but you already know this because you're picking and choosing what supports your narrative by taking his statements out of context.

No you're being disingenuous by trying to ignore the fact that he was convicted by a jury. He wasn't exonerated. That would mean he was proven innocent. He was let out due to prosecutorial misconduct in them violating the agreement not to use his own admission against him in court. Now if you wanna keep going the "not in prison means innocent" train of thought then you better never question the verdict in a bunch of shit that actually has a tangible effect on Black peoples lives.

It’s from the deposition they asked him a direct question and he gave a direct answer. I bet if it said he did the opposite you wouldn’t be saying this.

Ok I'll bite...

Though he portrayed the drug-taking and sex as consensual, Mr. Cosby — when asked whether Ms. Serignese was in a position to consent to sexual intercourse after he gave her quaaludes in 1976 — said: “I don’t know.”

See how easy it is.

Seems to me people don’t like proper debate or opposing views.
For some reason that makes you a supporter, apologist, or just like the person.
That whole mindframe is stupid and stunts the mental grow of thinking outside of what you are told to think or say.
That and it depends on who said it.

You ever consider certain positions don't need defending? Or if you constantly find yourself trying to defend a position few others are that the whole playing devils advocate thing is just being contrarion for the sake of?

He also admitted that he didn't take the drugs himself and got them solely for the purpose of giving them to women to have sex with. Now how can somebody have sex with someone after they've taken a drug that leaves them knocked out? There's only 1 way
He said he had consensual sex. That means if they were kNoCkEd Out it’s not consensual…

My thing is why go so hard for the sex offenders? Y’all don’t defend drug dealers and shooters at all.

Because something doesn’t look right about the case.

If something didn’t look right about a drug case or murder it would be the same.

And yes, sometimes I take the opposing side just because. It’s mental exercise. No other reason than to see if I can go against the crowd.

So what.
Quite a few people do the same.

Yep I do. Just posted about.

Standing with the crowd is boring to me. And a lot of people beliefs or the foundation they were built on is shaky.

You proved nothing. You think I’m the one that labeled you a creep when you had the label before I even got here. But you won’t address any ic posters who think you’re a creep that’s wack

Sounding like a broken record now bruh.

Guess I shouldn't complain though because.........the more you keep saying it.........the more you're proving my point.

So carry on.

Now you're resorting to semantics.

He was convicted.........but the conviction was overturned.

Now what?

You're gonna say that just because his conviction was overturned doesn't make him innocent?

Well, using that train of thought, it doesn't make him guilty either.

If someone is in a position where the answer to the question of did you have consent consent is "I don't know" you fucking up.
