Instead of addressing the issues he was pointing out...let's focus on being "outraged" at how he said it. That way we avoid addressing the issues he's pointing out
Two things can be true. BCU has major issues that need to be addressed. Some are their own doing, some like many other HBCUS are the fault of alumni lack of support and also support in general.
It can also be true that the way Ed Reed went about his message was wrong. I mean if you're a coach a huge part of your job is your ability to communicate your message in a way everyone can get. He admittedly didn't do that and thus gave folks an excuse to try and dismiss his legit concerns.
