Politicians aint the puppet masters fam.

Its corporations. America is ran by corporations. Americas govt works for corporations all the while making it look like they working for citizens.

The corporations are the puppet masters. The politicians are puppets. And we just the mfers in the crowd watching.

Lol bruh one day in dawned on me a little after highschool and the stuff I had to learn about VA. Realized this is just a corporate experiment

So, of course, he had to weigh in on the UAW’s contract negotiations. His big idea? Instead of negotiating a fair deal with the union, the Big Three should just move all auto production to Mexico where they can pay workers five dollars an hour. According to Cramer, the Big Three could save money on labor, but he also points out that they wouldn’t have to keep their factories clean since there are fewer pollution laws. Genius!

It’s such an insane idea, you can even see Cramer’s cohosts had no idea it was coming. “Glad to see you’re standing up for the American worker, Jim. Thanks for that,” one says as soon as Cramer finishes his rant. Yeah, thanks, Jim. That’s some real genius stuff you’ve come up with. Let’s just move the entirety of American auto manufacturing to another country so companies can save money and don’t have to pay their workers fairly. You’re a real patriot, and everyone should take your advice:

Between the above post and Jim Cramer's comments about building in Mexico, we are truly in a time where some people don't mind being street level villains and making sure everyone knows it.

This is dumb.

Not because oh lets save jobs.

But also because you need people to have money to buy your products. Whats the point of building shit with cheap labor if you have no one to buy it.

This wont happen if you only send car manufactoring jobs overseas. But whats to stop other industries from following suit?

thats why saying shit like this shows 0 foresight.

America is doomed as long as the only thing that matters is to have companies stock prices be higher today than it was yesterday even if the increase in stock price was not done in a healthy way

Tesla boss and richest man in the world Elon Musk has a long history of opposing unionization and paying lower total compensation. The electric car company in Texas is non-union, and Musk would like to keep it that way. The pioneering EV maker has caused the rest of the American auto industry (and indeed globally) to change their own practices. It’s had a ripple effect that helped lead to the current UAW strike.

In order to remain competitive with Tesla, legacy automakers are using this transition as an excuse to build new EV-specific plants in union-hostile states like Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. These factories are not subject to union rules because the automakers are partnering with foreign battery company entities. Tesla spends $45 per hour for its non-union labor, including benefits, while Ford, GM, and Stellantis are paying $63 per hour for similar work.

Since 2017, unfair labor practice charges have been brought against Tesla with the National Labor Relations Board. Amid several attempts to unionize Tesla’s Fremont, California factory, Musk has been cited for threatening tweets and firing employees involved in organizing activities, among other incidents. Musk has told the UAW it is welcome to hold a union vote at Tesla, but his actions speak louder than those words.

While Musk is currently touting that Tesla pays higher hourly wages than UAW plants, in a recent tweet saying, “Tesla and SpaceX factories have a great vibe. We encourage playing music and having some fun.” He continued, “We pay more than the UAW btw, but performance expectations are also higher.”

For many employees, Tesla’s “performance expectations” can be considered abuse, with reports of 12-hour work days, workers fainting from dehydration, wading through sewage, and other serious safety concerns. That’s before you get to the actual abuse of rampant racism, sexual misconduct, and worse. Reports indicate that some Tesla plants have some thirty times as many OSHA safety violations as other U.S. car factories, and that doesn’t count all of the misclassified and underreported injuries within the company.

the first dude put it so succinctly. now if truckers grow some nuts and get down to this degree, of course we'll all suffer, but that's what revolting is all about. the sacrifice. hopefully nobody dies. shout out to all the homeowners that the billionaire class absorbed into their groupthink. talking bout being nutless and selfish! in their hearts they know people can't sustain the payments and hassle of renting but instead they've learned to love being under the wings of their master controls. yeah they kinda like watching their property values go up as they turn their noses up, stepping over the homeless. hey! wine sippers! that pill ain't hard to swallow if you're humane.
Yall niggas be so smart jus using big ass words and shit i never used a day in my life.
