I never watched the video because I dont want to see someones last apparence, but i read the article a few days ago. They said it was shark infested waters where he jumped. This was the Bahamas. A life raft was thrown for him but he turned away. People did a still shot of the video and said that he turned away cause he may have saw a shark. They think a shark got to him and pulled him under.

I can see that theory as well. Them waves aint no joke. The darkest environment I have ever been in was on a boat. I mean it is pitch black out there if the moon is being covered by clouds. Shit has to be scary knowing you cant see nothing but other creatures can see you.
