I live in one. My neighborhood is mostly black so the racism angle isn't at play. I've hear a lot about why HOAs can be bad. That said, I've lived in a neighborhood where the HOA helped us out, so I can't just knock them all.

Didn't know butt dialing was even possible with touch screens. I haven't done it since phones moved from keyboards to the touch screen

Some people put their important contacts on their Home Screen and don’t initiate screen lock, or it happens if they don’t lock their screen after using it. I accidentally do it on my work phone too.
