Stack ya bread. Because hard times mean good times for those that know how to navigate it and have the money to do so.
Job losses in certain markets are indicators just like mass exodus in certain areas.

I was like that. For the longest, I used to go to bed at 3am and wakeup at 7am. Now I go to bed at 1am and wake up at 6:30 am. Not a huge difference, but it helps.
