What I see happening is a wider gap between the haves and have nots.
I see people being priced out of places like Disney.
I see China buying up US land seems the only other person competing is bill gates with his land purchases.
High earners in Cali and New York is driving up prices in places like philly.

The market is correcting…..just because you think it didn’t reach you yet don’t mean it’s not visible.
Dollar store won’t sell eggs no more. The cost of groceries sky rocketing.

I hope y’all are preparing properly.

I delayed useless and depreciating things and avoided instant satisfaction for 7yrs. Sacrificed a lot of family time for the betterment of the family as a whole. I took time to understand money and its lack of value and learned the value others place in it and used it to build. Lastly, I learned to respect the long game and read people and trust my gut. The last part can steer you wrong at times when you want to give someone the benefit of the doubt.
