Maybe stop flooding Chicago with guns and drugs? Maybe do something about the privately owned prisons who are in league with the drug cartels and invested in the music industry? (which popularizes, glamorizes, normalizes criminal behavior)

If politicians actually solved problems they would have nothing to run on

Then come campaign season, when mfs really need to be applying pressure to earn our vote, when politicians are finally willing to throw a crumb here or there (usually short term shit that doesn't help long term or address the root), we're told to shut up so we don't help the other guy. Give them your vote, for nothing, so the other guy doesn't win.

How mfs make it well into adulthood and not see the game is mind boggling to me.

I don't think most would disagree that low funded schools need more funding.

It depends on how it's spent and whether it's trending positive results.

I didn't look deeper than I should have but I saw some chart that a lot of money is going into administration and more staff while enrollment is dropping.
