Does all or most countries in Europe don’t have AC?

I saw something on the news the other day saying not a lot of countries use them because of typical weather patterns, carbon laws, fines and the way homes are built but after this summer with the heatwaves they're having and set to have thats probably going to change. It's bad out there right now.

They have ac but it is a low percentage. Like 20% of homes have it.

Until now, they didn't experience a lot of heat wave days. Also, many of their buildings are made of brick and stone. It retains heat in the winter and blocks out heat in the summer. Some buildings were not built with heat in mind. The climate has changed since then.

Many of their buildings were built before ac was around.

Thats normal at least in Toronto and the gta. Theres one by me with a drugstore/pharmacy in between them. Our liquor stores are government ran too. They don't give af what the messaging is as long as its a location where people got money to spend. That trio is kinda typical here tho because they're the highest tiered/priced stores doing what they do so it represents good, high traffic commercial real estate in most locations.

That screenshot is saying 2 conflicting things. How can 175k people die each year but only 200k died the last 4? Maybe im reading it wrong.

Anyway it's 40+ countries across Europe. Thats probably close to a billion people so yeah... if its 175k across europe it's probably be higher than gun deaths in the US. Now divide that by 40 or pick a country in europe and google heat related deaths, there's probably few if any higher than gun deaths in the US or Mexico brother.
