Kings needed to move fast to clear room to get demar.

Vezenkov knew he had a deal waiting at home in Greece whenever he was ready so he was hoping he'd end up in a situation where they would pay him to leave wirh a buyout. Had the kings by the balls.

Kings were getting sonned by vezenkovs agent and essentially gave all that up in exchange for the raptors to not buy him out in addition to the cap space.

That raptors just jumped on an opportunity. Not really a fleece just general mangers and agents playing chess and being dickheads lol.
