The NBA is suspending former San Antonio Spurs wing Josh Primo, now a free agent, for four games for conduct detrimental to the league.
The Spurs waived Primo in October 2022 after he allegedly exposed himself to women. A subsequent investigation by the NBA corroborated those allegations, although it "did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures," the league announced Friday.
Primo "maintains that his conduct was not intentional," according to the NBA's statement. He has not played in the league since being cut by San Antonio. However, he will serve the four-game suspension if he signs with another team.
The 20-year-old was selected 12th overall by the Spurs in 2021. He was the youngest player drafted in his class.
