Tyler Herro couldn't get on the court in the 'offs. Maybe yall should trade him to round out yall roster. Build around Caleb Martin.
False equivalency and IIRC Tyler never got right from playing hurt

Please stop bringing up the playoffs last year Man

Bro he’s only pushing this trade Trae Young shit to satisfy his sick sense of humor about the Hawks “losing” the Luka trade.
The funny thing is, this for once is coming from a very unbiased position

The thought just came to me..and it made sense. And apparently I’m not even the only one who thought this

You can get caught up in the 30/10 games that don’t really matter but Murray is a better leader going forward for this hawks team than trae is

I might just trade trae and a bunch of other stuff for Lavine/pat Williams

Good idea…..

Now watch this

If you was to trade murray for lavine do you like that backcourt?

That’s all I’m saying man
Either one would be fine. The point of the Murray trade was to help Trae. It defeats the purpose to trade him mid season to build around a worse player.

That's my point. Why give up on a player or team bcuz of one season? Trae will get better. Hawks will get better. Herro will get better. Let em cook.
I’m not saying this because of one season though

This is more about trae than it is about murray

I can only say it now because Murray is there and he’s confirming the idea

A star player is the hardest commodity to find in the NBA.

Im talking about a true star that can single handedly take over and win a game.

Im not saying Trae is that, but Trae has potential to be that. And it would be crazy to give up on having a potential star player until you absolutely have too.

I didn’t say anything about mid season

I’m just saying the hawks have a higher ceiling with a bigger, more defensive backcourt

Idk how you can argue against that

Oh please the league has many stars stop acting like there’s only 10 guys out there that fit that description

It would be even crazier if you’re a franchise who’s supposed to think long term and you don’t try to raise your ceiling long term but hold onto the worst defender of his era that someone else traded for

Lavine's knees and Murray's knee better stay intact. Injuries can happen to anyone but the potential is higher with these two. Also, Lavine on defense is meh af. But he is taller than Trae I guess.

How long you need to see that Trae isn’t the answer long term?
