I remember a wild trade Beta said back in the day. Knowing what we know now that team would be set back for years.

Lakers need to come off their pick(s) and make this 1 happen. They beating the drum about wanting to upgrade the point and add shooting. Well viola, everything old is new again.

Oh please the league has many stars stop acting like there’s only 10 guys out there that fit that description

It would be even crazier if you’re a franchise who’s supposed to think long term and you don’t try to raise your ceiling long term but hold onto the worst defender of his era that someone else traded for

We can agree to disagree at this point. I value star level talent more important than anything, including fit.

Personally, ill exhaust all posibilities to make talent work before moving talent. Might mean multiple new coaches. The haul for Trae aint going anywhere.

And I say this even though I dont think Traes impact will ever match his stats.

I just wouldnt give up on Trae yet if im the hawks.

It’s fine

I don’t think the hawks NEED to do it now but going forward eventually it will be the best move imo
